Ordering & Availability
Q: Are limited edition pieces restocked?
A: Most pieces are produced in small batches and will not be restocked once sold out.

Q: Do you offer signed or personalized items?
A: Select releases may include signed editions or Artist Proofs. If you ask for an item to be signed in the order comments, I will happily sign it for you!

Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Stripe, Cash App, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Link, Afterpay, and Klarna are accepted. All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after purchase?
A: Orders typically can't be changed once placed. Please reply to the email you received after placing your order or use the contact form and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

Shipping
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days unless otherwise noted. Pre-order items will include estimated delivery timelines on the product page.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package size.

Q: Will international orders require customs duties or import taxes?
A: Yes. Customs fees, VAT, and import duties may be charged by your country upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in product or shipping costs.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. I will assist in finding the appropriate resolution.

California Taxes & General Tax Information
Q: How are taxes calculated?
A: Sales tax is collected on orders shipping to California addresses, based on the destination’s local tax rate. For orders shipping outside of California, taxes are applied when required by state or country regulations.

Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the limited and collectible nature of these items, all sales are final. No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are permitted once the order is placed, except in cases of shipping damage or defects.
